For Insight’s third-party reseller products and services (e.g. software, equipment, and support and maintenance etc.) limited client data (i.e., namely business contact information) may be provided to vendors, suppliers and distributors, as necessary to transact and deliver the products that you request.

Insight may also transfer limited client data (i.e., primarily business contact information) to other third-party partners in the course of referrals.

In respect of specific services engagements additional sub-processors for example, tooling partners and sub-contractors, may be utilised. These additional sub-processors may be identified in the applicable service description or statement of work. Clients should request that these be identified and included within the relevant services documentation prior to order placement if this is important.
