President and Chief Executive Officer
Insight
Joyce was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Insight effective January 1, 2022. Joyce joined Insight in October 2020 as our North America President. Prior to joining Insight, Joyce served at Dell Technologies as President, Global Channel, Embedded and Edge Solutions. She worked at Dell for 21 years as a leader in a variety of roles including sales, operations, supply chain, partner strategy, services delivery and logistics. Joyce earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from Brown University with a degree in International Relations. Prior to Dell, she worked at Cummins Engines for nine years, as EMEA logistics director, plant manager and director of international customer support. Joyce is building upon Insight’s six areas of expertise by leveraging her channel expertise and proven leadership in delivering solutions and services to clients.
Chief Financial Officer
Insight
Glynis joined Insight in December 2007 as our Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Insight, Glynis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Swift Transportation Co., Inc. from April 2005 to May 2007. Prior to joining Swift, Glynis served as Chief Financial Officer at APL Logistics in Oakland, California and in various finance roles at Ryder System, Inc., including Chief Financial Officer of Ryder’s largest business unit, Ryder Transportation Services. Glynis is a member of the board of directors and the audit committee of Pentair, Ltd., a diversified industrial manufacturing company. In January 2018, she was appointed to the Economic Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
President, Insight North America
Insight
Dee joined Insight in May 2022 as President of the North America business. Prior to joining Insight, Dee worked at Capgemini for 29 years in a diverse range of roles. His responsibilities encompassed leading integration of mergers and acquisitions, digital and cloud solutions, business applications, consulting, strategy, and transformation. Most recently, he led Capgemini’s global business lines in the North America market, with prior leadership roles spanning business services and engineering, U.S. strategy and portfolio, consulting, and innovation and digital services.

Stan leads Insight’s team of 5,000 deep technical experts — engineers, architects and software developers — who create and deliver integrated solutions dedicated to helping organizations accelerate their digital journey. His team solves clients' greatest pain points spanning the modern workplace, modern infrastructure, modern applications, data and artificial intelligence, the intelligent edge and cybersecurity. Insight Solutions cover consulting and managed services designed to help clients first visualize and strategize how they will innovate — including the organizational change management side of digital transformation — then fully execute and manage a fully digital business over time.
VP Consulting Services
Matt Jackson is Vice President for Insight’s Consulting services group. He joined Insight in 2015 through the acquisition of BlueMetal, a company he helped found in 2009. He brings over 20 years of experience in technology consulting, with a passion for delivering solutions that help clients build better businesses. He sees challenges as opportunities to push the boundaries and pave the way for technological innovation.
Matt builds on extensive experience managing services organizations to steer Insight's Consulting business. The team includes strategists, designers, developers, and technology architects with a passion for solving the most challenging business and technical problems facing our clients. Matt’s role is to oversee the growth of the business while maintaining a focus on exceptional client and employee experiences. With the help of the broader Insight organization, the team is rapidly expanding nationally and globally.
VP & Chief Information Security Officer
Jason Rader assumed the role of chief information security officer in 2021 after joining Insight in 2015 to build the security consulting group.
Prior to his role at Insight, Rader started and ran a company that specialized in Microsoft and Cisco training and consulting. Hallmarks of his business included developing wireless security and penetration testing curriculum used by universities and training Department of Defense red teams on ethical hacking techniques. After selling his company in 2007, Rader worked for RSA, transforming the organization into an established solutions provider. He completed his tenure as chief strategist and director of cyberthreat intelligence, launching several lines of business and integrating multiple products into a security operations platform.
Rader leads the charge to help organizations develop solutions that encompass the latest skills, tools and methodologies to mitigate the risk of cyberthreats. He builds upon more than 25 years of experience to develop Insight’s end-to-end security consulting portfolio. In 2022 he was honored by Microsoft as Security Changemaker of the Year.
VP APAC Services
Phil Rickson serves as the Vice President Services APAC. In his role, Phil strategically leads the services organisation, of 300 teammates, across APAC. He is responsible for both driving and delivering leading-edge solutions that empower our clients to be at the forefront of innovation and achieve service excellence.
Phil joined Insight in 2016 when Ignia was acquired. Prior to the acquisition he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Ignia Pty Ltd.
Phil has over 20 years international experience in consulting and management and has broad experience in aligning technology with strategic business direction. He started his career as a Chemical Engineer in the UK working for global organisations including British Petroleum and British Steel. He worked as both a project engineer and process engineer before moving into a career in IT. Since then, he has held senior software engineering, systems analysis and consulting positions in the UK and Australia.
