Jodie LeFever has been a Senior Modern Workplace Technical Specialist for Education at Microsoft in the Midwest for K-12 and Higher Education for almost four years. She specializes in helping education clients deploy and manage Windows devices with modern management techniques and tools. Previously, she was a consultant working for Microsoft Partners and prior to that, worked at a School District in IT managing their applications and devices along with 4 other districts with SCCM. She graduated from Central Michigan University in 2008 with a BS in Information Technology to pursue her dream of helping others with their technology challenges.

With over 16 years of experience in the reseller community and over six years at Microsoft, Shaun manages both partner and distribution communities. He strives to improve personal computing in K-12 schools through the adoption of modern classroom collaboration technologies from Microsoft — including Windows devices, Intune for Education, Windows 11 and Microsoft 365. He holds a B.A. in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
