The business goals were threefold for our client:
To expand cloud resources, knowledge and capabilities, the company engaged the InsightCloud® Care (ICC) and Insight’s Cloud Success Management (CSM) teams to design and deliver a solution.
First, we worked with the client’s IT director to provide deep knowledge transfer on AWS cloud. This included whitepapers, guides and other key documentation on best practices, methodologies, management and more. The organization began to build and expand their in-house cloud team, frequently engaging Insight as a trusted adviser for assessing and selecting the best cloud talent.

Today, our client has reduced cloud spend by 50%. They’re reinvesting savings in more sophisticated tools and platforms like Aurora, EKS, EC2 and ElastiCache. Our client also benefits from reliable and scalable data storage for their critical trucking software, as well as on-demand virtual machines that run software, and allows them to provision and scale resources seamlessly.
