Get a fresh start.
At Insight, we look at gaps differently. We believe no one should be rejected from a role based only on a gap on their resume. That’s why we partnered with iRelaunch to create the Insight Career Reboot program — designed to help dedicated professionals ease back into the workforce after a career break of two or more years.
You'll be a full-time Insight teammate on day one, and you'll get 16 weeks of support through the program.
Custom programming
You’ll participate in professional development lessons, training courses and group coaching sessions tailored to your unique needs.
Support
Your manager has been purposefully selected and trained to support you. You’ll also receive a mentor and program buddy for guidance and advice.
Community
Building meaningful connections is at the heart of what we do. You’ll be part of a close-knit cohort with other members who understand your journey.
Who is this program for?
You’re eligible to apply for the Insight Career Reboot program if you’ve been out of the workforce for more than two years. Teammates may be looking to restart their careers for many reasons, including:
- Starting or raising a family
- Caring for a loved one
- Taking time after military service
- Serving as a military spouse
- Gaining ex-pat experience
- Running for or holding political office
- Entrepreneurial ventures, including “failed” businesses
- Volunteering
- Continuing education
- Managing mental and physical health
- Pursuing a career change
- Performing part-time or temporary work
We want you on our team.
As someone looking to restart your career, we know you are ambitious and driven. You may have experience working with multiple generations or you bring a mature perspective. Maybe you are already versed in the realities of working with deadlines, communicating clearly and attacking your role with professionalism. Everyone has something to contribute, and we welcome you to apply.
